How to Choose the Right Service
The right service depends on the deliverable your project requires. Use this as a starting point, then confirm during scoping.
You need dimensioned floor plans, sections, or elevations of an existing space.
Covers as-built documentation, existing conditions surveys, asbuilt surveys, and measured drawings. Drawings are drafted by a technician from scan data.
You need a Revit model, IFC file, or coordinated BIM deliverable from an existing building.
Also called point cloud to Revit, as-built BIM, or BIM-ready point clouds. LOD and discipline scope are confirmed before the engagement.
You need a survey-grade interior point cloud or registered LiDAR scan files.
Covers LiDAR scanning, terrestrial scanning, point cloud capture, and reality capture workflows for interior and MEP-dense spaces.
You need 2D CAD drawings or AutoCAD plans produced from scan or survey data.
Includes Scan to CAD workflows, 2D drafting, and measured CAD plans. Deliverable is a dimensioned drawing set in DWG or PDF.
You need aerial site documentation, roof imagery, orthomap data, or construction progress records.
Covers aerial mapping, drone photogrammetry, roof inspections by drone, and site progress capture. Exterior and large outdoor areas.
You need a navigable visual record of a space for remote review, facility documentation, or stakeholder access.
Delivered as a hosted link viewable in a web browser. Includes Matterport tours, virtual walkthroughs, property tours, and remote site review use cases.
